Classes Offered

Let's Pretend - Our youngest actors will develop their oral language skills and flex their creative muscles in a playful atmosphere that will include dress up and creative movement activities.

Let's Act -Designed to introduce young actors to all aspects of the theatre through improvisation, theatre games, and storytelling. Original theatre pieces and skits will be created in this class. Students will learn about parts of the stage, stage direction, and use of voice and body for stage while having fun and exploring individual creativity.

The Illuminated Actor - Introduces teens to the vocabulary and tools of the actor. Special focus is placed on developing voice and diction, character development, body awareness and improvisation skills.

Musical Theatre - Actors will learn about stage movement, exploration of voice and acting, while exploring some of the classic songs of Broadway.

Cost for classes is based on a 12-week semester. The first semester is from September to December, and the second semester is from January to April. Our schedule follows the calendar of Chesterfield County Schools. In inclement weather, if Chesterfield is closed, we are closed.
