We strive to ship or deliver your order within 24 hours. We appreciate advance notice if possible. For multiple orders or during busy holidays, extra time may be required.

Please check the UPS Ground Map for transit times. Add 1 day to the transit time to allow your order to be processed.

Virginia residents add 5% sales tax.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please check the shipping address carefully; additional charges will result if your order is returned due to a wrong address.

Orders of over $100 require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Please inform us of any known allergies, dietary restrictions, or other important information about the recipient of the gift. This will ensure maximum enjoyment of the gift.

We take great care to make sure your gift arrives in perfect condition and that all items are fresh. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, please let us know so we can correct the problem with a replacement or a refund.

We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value due to product unavailability.

We have installed a shopping cart for your added convenience. However, at this time it cannot accommodate orders with multiple shipping addresses and/or message cards. You may place the total order through the cart but please contact us with your list of recipients and other special instructions.
